At Cotogna, we shine a light on small-scale producers making characterful wines. We champion folks who farm organically and ferment with native yeasts. Our focus is on Italy, but we also celebrate the best from California, Champagne, and beyond. In our view, vignerons should treat their land with the same respect and care we expect from the farmers who source the ingredients at the restaurant. Most of all, we seek out wines that spark conversation and bring joy to the table.
