Casa Corneli Organic Cannellini Beans 400g

In the fertile hills between Perugia and Orvieto, on their 500 acres of farmland, the Corneli family grows some of Umbria~s finest organic lentils, chickpeas, cannellini, and borlotti beans. Corneli~s entire production~harvesting, drying, sorting, packaging~is done on the farm, without using additives or preservatives. These glossy white cannellini have tender flesh, fine skin, and a delicate flavor; soak them overnight and simmer in a pot of water with aromatics, then use them in soups, puréed into a creamy paste, or whole, drizzed with olive oil as a fantastic contorno.
